Presented by the People for the Environment

Thursday, March 26th, 7-8:30pm
at the North Parish Church of North Andover

How can we eat food grown in a way that is less harmful to the earth? What are the benefits of eating locally? What can we do? With all of the talk about food these days, it is important to understand what choices we can make that affect the health of our bodies and the health of our earth.

Join Groundwork Lawrence in a discussion about what’s going on locally in the food movement. Meet Farmer Dave from Dracut and learn what going on in local agriculture. Find out about Community Supported Agriculture, the Lawrence Farmers Market, and the Community Gardens, where people are growing their own food. Learn what they are doing and what they have to say about it!

The North Parish Church is located in North Andover's Historic Old Center at the intersection of Academy Rd., Andover St., Great Pond Rd., Johnson St., and Massachusetts Ave. It's street address is 190 Academy Rd. For directions, please see the North Parish website .
