Can you share your skills in sustainable landscaping?

Groundwork Lawrence is looking for instructors and presenters for both classroom subjects and hands-on practice for a Sustainable Landscaping and Brownfield Parkscaping Training Program to be held in Lawrence. Trainees will learn basic skills in soils and plants, sustainable landscaping practices, and have exposure to remediation and restoration projects led by industry experts. The program is to include hands-on training including planting techniques with perennials, shrubs, or trees; pruning and maintenance of existing landscapes; removal and management of invasives; basics of stormwater management including erosion control and LID; and local site visits.
