Most of us probably imagine individuals purchasing items like tomatoes, squash, and apples with their benefits. SNAP, however, can also help people buy seeds and plants that produce edible items. All SNAP retailers, including Farmers’ Markets, are authorized to sell seeds and plants to SNAP participants.

Thanks to the dedicated work of the Summit Planning Team* we’ve got a great format and program to offer but realized that the date in early May wouldn’t allow us enough time to market the Summit as widely as it deserves.
